Headcanons

Physical appearance: Arthur is about 5’6” and weighs about 54.4 kgs. He’s rather lean and not big on muscle mass, but toned and well fit. There’s a scar on his abdomen from when Alfred shot him at the Battle of Yorktown, which acts up and gives him issues every 4th of July. 

His biological age is late twenties-early thirties.

Personality: Arthur prefers to keep his public image as stoic and gentlemanly. He’s polite in the sight of political figures and the world. However, in the company of other nations, he tends to loosen up a bit, because more than often, the other nations enjoy sending his blood pressure through the roof. When provoked, he’s sharp in tongue and quick in wit.
